- Restart Teams and your Mac.

Disable Team’s access to alter Bluetooth settings in Privacy & Security Settings.

Settings à Privacy & Security à Bluetooth à Toggle off Teams

Update firmware and software for all the Bluetooth devices connected to the computer.

Adjust Teams settings:

Open Microsoft Teams and navigate to the "Settings" icon (gear icon) in the top right corner.

In the Settings menu, click or tap "Devices."

Under "Audio," make sure that your headphones are selected as the input and output devices.

Under "Meeting settings," ensure that "Use high-fidelity audio" is turned off.

Disable Disconnection of Bluetooth Devices.

System Preferences à Bluetooth à Options à Advanced à Uncheck the box next to "Disconnect Bluetooth devices when they stop transmitting data.”
- Disable any background apps.
- Reinstall Teams.
