DUO (Forgot/doesn't have phone) and needs Bypass code

Before going through these steps, you will need a bypass code from UF Helpdesk by either going to https://support.helpdesk.ufl.edu/ or by calling 352-392-4357 and following their instructions

1. Go to login to any link that requires your UF login

2. When taken to the DUO authentication screen, if you don't have your phone and need a bypass code, select More Options

3. When taken to the next screen, select the Bypass code option

4. Enter in the bypass code that is provided to you via UF IT helpdesk
